Web Solutions Company - General Manager Opportunity Opportunity:

Industry recognized eBusiness brand Dealerskins.com (subsidiary of Dominion Enterprises) has an immediate opening for a General Manager. The General Manager candidate will be a resourceful leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, responsible for the growth and success of the company. The successful GM candidate will be charged with leading the organization through strong customer acquisition, product development, and superior operational support. This role has responsibility for all aspects of the business and will lead both front line managers and technical staff to expand current web-based products, as well as develop and execute business plans for future products. Requirements for this position include demonstrated success in the consumer technology product and online business marketing space; executing revenue strategies in excess of $30M; and flexibility to relocate for the position to the south central U.S.

Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience - MBA preferred • Minimum of 8 years experience in management, at least 3 years of which includes managing managers and P&L • Extensive technical project or operational management experience in a scaled commercial environment Additional requirements: • Refine business plan and financial calculations, develop business cases to expand revenue opportunities in vertical markets, and lead annual budgeting process. • Lead the management team members to define, plan, develop, release and market new products and enhancements to existing products based on the business needs. • Work closely with business stakeholders to assess and prioritize initiatives and ensure expectations and status communications to stakeholders are accurate and clear. • Hire, develop, motivate and manage assigned team members. Serve as a coach and mentor to team members and take an active role in their career development. • Foster employee culture that is customer focused, consultative, and proactive. • Oversee and approve all sale and marketing efforts, designed to grow and promote the business in a positive light, consistent with our goals and objectives.
