JOB DETAILS:
The Account Manager acts as the visual, on site Autobase presence in the dealer environment. The Account Manager is expected to proactively make daily calls and visits to Autobase clients to discuss and measure product usage and concerns. The goal of this position is to maintain an Autobase presence at the dealer level and to ensure dealership satisfaction
Communication (75%)
- Act as the liaison between the dealer and Autobase for all praises and concerns.
- Measure dealers' performance with Autobase.
- Work with Customer Advocates to aid dealers in more effective product usage.
- Proactively seek out PST dealership feedback via both phone calls and in person visits
- Update dealers on issue resolution progress.
- Recommend additional products and services that are in line with dealer needs.
- Update Salesforce.com daily with customer notes
Documentation (25%)
- Track customer comments and concerns to aid in future Autobase enhancements.
- Update SalesForce.com with notes from dealer conversations and visits.
